Sharonlee Martin B.A.(Drama), Dip.Ed and Anne Roylance B.Mus.Ed, A.Mus.A. (piano) , established Piccolo Productions in 1989.

Piccolo Productions timeless musical stories: Bango and Mango Tree, Fiddlesticks the Frog, Puffy the Fluffy White Cloud, A Fine Kettle of Fish and many more, were presented at Primary schools, Pre-schools and Child Care Centres, from Brisbane to Cairns. They also partnered with the Queensland Symphony, Queensland Philharmonic and Tasmanian Symphony Orchestras to promote music and music making as an important ingredient in a young person’s education.
